| Stock Reference are ONLY in "Stock Reference" folder. They can be used as stock for manipulation or references for Drawings & paintings. Requirements: 1)Must be n Active Deviantart member and post image on DeviantArt including if used in commercial work! 2) Send me "Note" Or Make commment on Image when used with link to your work! 3) Credit me: a)On Deviantartzumfaerie using the format : devzumfaerie : (without spaces) and a link to the actual image used! b) Off Deviantart Sophia-Christina with Link to the deviatart page of the image You must place credit in description for the image When you post image not later! You can not simply edit my stock and use as your own stock! You can not post any of my work as a </b>photograph</b> including when in a manipulation. You MUST submit as a photomanipulation, drawing or painting not photograph. 4) If you want to create background stock with my stock A)You must again credit me as above B)my stock can only be 1/4 of the stock used to create the new background stock! You can not claim my stock photography as your photograph or stock! You can not sell prints of my stock ANY WHERE At DA or Off Elsewhere. 5) You can sell your original Maniplation (photoshop) artwork that was created with a portion of my stock at DevaintArt Print Shop. Your original work Must be considerable changes from orignal photo not just colors, filters, levels but a in combination with mulitpple other photographs If you use my stock to create a manipulation and want to Sell prints Elsewhere you are required to Ask Me!! If you want to use your original manipulation in a Commercial work such as but not exclusive to books, cdc covers, advertizing you must ask my permission I reserve the right to ask for a licensing fee. 6) If you use my stock photography in a traditional painting or drawing (not digital) AND it is reference for a portion of the artwork not the only image in the artwork you can sell prints of that original art work Anywhere as long as it is stock art from my stock Reference Gallery ONLY! If you are planning to use in commercial work and my stock consists of more than 75% of the image you must ask my permission. 7)You can use my stock for an genre or theme.
