Fear shadows her every step

Sometimes lack of confidence and self-esteem become great enough
to make some question every choice they make.
It is then that fear and doubt trace our every move.
It can be one of the hardest things to overcome
especially when some has been a victim of gaslighting.
On Phsychology Today Robin Stern says gaslighting can be overcome but healing takes time.
